La Bandita Cottage is surrounded by the Umbrian woods, with a fully fenced 2,500 sqm private garden. No shared spaces and no city noise: only stone, oak trees and complete privacy.
From November to March the fireplace, with firewood included, is the heart of the house. The private pool is open in April, October and throughout the summer season.

From November to March, La Bandita becomes an intimate retreat: a lit fireplace, a private-chef dinner, a tasting and time to enjoy being together.
The pool is open in April, October and during summer. In the warmer months, life moves outside to the garden, gazebo and barbecue.

A car is essential; very low vehicles require care in two places.
