The fireplace and the wood-burning stove in the sunroom make the cottage welcoming in every season; firewood is always available. The private pool is open from April through October.

Andrea therefore meets guests at an agreed meeting point and accompanies them to the cottage. A car is essential; very low vehicles require care in two places.

Per night, for the entire cottage. Minimum 2 nights; 7 nights from 15 June to 15 September; 4 nights at Easter and from Christmas to Epiphany; 3 nights over other holidays and long weekends.
After the host confirms, the dates are held for 24 hours. The booking is completed when the 30% deposit is received by instant bank transfer.
The booking deposit is refundable until 30 days before arrival.
Security deposit returned within 3 days after check-out, following the house inspection, without limiting liability for higher damage.
Check-in from 4 pm; check-out by 11 am.
No tourist tax is currently charged in San Venanzo.
