Stay terms
These terms accompany the quote. After the host’s written confirmation, the dates are held free of charge for 24 hours. The booking is completed only when the booking deposit is received within that period.
Booking and payment
- Minimum stay: 2 nights; 7 nights from 15 June to 15 September; 4 nights over Easter and from Christmas to Epiphany; 3 nights over the other holiday periods stated in the quote.
- 30% by instant bank transfer within 24 hours of the host’s written confirmation. If payment is not received by the deadline, the hold expires and the dates become available again.
- Balance 14 days before arrival.
- For bookings made within 14 days, full payment is due upon confirmation.
- The quote states the full direct price and any optional services requested.
Cancellation
- Until 30 days before arrival: booking deposit refunded.
- 29–15 days before arrival: booking deposit non-refundable.
- Within 14 days or no-show: total stay amount non-refundable.
Security deposit and damage
A €300 refundable security deposit is due with the balance 14 days before arrival. It is returned within 3 days after check-out and inspection, less documented damage, missing items or extraordinary costs. It does not limit liability for higher losses.
Arrival, departure and house rules
- Check-in from 4 pm; check-out by 11 am.
- Maximum 4 registered guests.
- No parties, events, unregistered visitors or indoor smoking.
- Pets are welcome; owners remain responsible for them.
- Identity documents are required under Italian law.
Seasonal facilities
The pool is open in April, October and during summer, subject to weather and technical conditions. Firewood is included. Third-party experiences are subject to availability.
