Information voluntarily sent by WhatsApp, phone or email is used to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, administer bookings and comply with legal requirements.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary for requested pre-contractual steps, performance of the accommodation contract and compliance with legal obligations. No marketing is sent without specific consent.
Retention and recipients
Unconverted inquiries are retained for up to 12 months, unless needed for legal protection. Booking, payment and tax records are retained for the legally required period. Data may be processed by necessary technical providers and disclosed to competent authorities where required.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable under Articles 15–22 GDPR by writing to info@labanditacottage.it, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
The initial website uses no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. Only technical tools necessary for operation and security may be present. Consent will be requested before any future non-essential service is activated.
